Presenter Bio

Samantha Lapka is the lab manager for the Conflict and Mindset Collaboratory at Purdue University. She graduated from the University of Missouri in May of 2020 with a BA in psychology and a business minor. Sami works with Dr. Franki Kung to conduct research on mindset, perception, and motivation. She is interested in attending graduate school to continue investigating how mindset can influence motivation, success, and well-being, and hopes to pursue a career as a researching professor in I/O or Social Psychology.
