Things You Can Give To

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Endowments providing student support continue our commitment to quality and diversity by creating and retaining the best, most creative undergraduate students.  Gifts and commitments directed toward scholarship endowments leave a lasting legacy of support for the college, school or program. Endowments may be established with a minimum commitment of $25,000 generally payable over five years or through an estate gift or life income arrangement.

Scholarships provide us with a competitive advantage to help us recruit the best and the brightest young scholars from within Indiana and across the nation. These highly recruited young minds serve to attract other top-notch students and draw the attention of eminent faculty. They also have a history of providing extraordinary leadership in campus and within the community.

A minimum gift of $25,000 is required to endow a scholarship. Give online today!

GRADUATE STUDENTS

Endowed graduate fellowships attract outstanding graduate students, boosting our reputation as a School, producing strong future industry and academic leaders, and attracting the highest-quality faculty to nurture them. Attracting stellar graduate students bolsters the reputation of the graduate program, which in turn attracts high-quality faculty and research funding. To be competitive with the finest technological and scientific graduate schools, we must be able to offer our graduate students substantial educational and living stipends. Fellowship support serves to strengthen basic research or teaching assistantships and provides a competitive advantage among our peer institutions.

To provide partial support, a minimum endowment of $25,000 is required with a suggested endowment of $100,000.

To provide full support, to be used as payment for teaching, research or service, a minimum endowment of $1,000,000 is needed. Give online today!

FACULTY

Endowed named professorships are key indicators for success within programs nationwide and are among the highest honors bestowed upon a faculty member. Professorships allow us to attract and retain faculty who are committed to transformational research, education, and engagement. At the heart of any great institution are the people whose vision and talent define it. In the College of Engineering, we seek funding that will enable us to attract and retain world-class engineering scholars. Being able to recognize faculty with support at various stages in their careers - junior faculty with start-up funds, mid-career faculty to applaud outstanding achievements, or senior faculty to award a body of work over a lifetime - is integral to maintaining high-quality educators and researchers. Faculty of the rank of assistant, associate or full professor can hold a named professorship.

A gift of $1,500,000 is required to name a professorship. Give online today!
