Presenter Information

Information for presenters

• The sessions will be conducted in Zoom breakout rooms.  Each presenter will present live by sharing their screen and audio.
• Please limit your presentation to 15 minutes and allow remaining time for questions and switching presenters.
• Two presenter preparation sessions will be held:
•  Monday 11/8 9:30 am – 12 noon (EDT) : ZOOM LINK
• Tuesday 11/9 9:30 am – 12 noon (EDT) : ZOOM LINK
• Please log on anytime during the above times to test your connection and audio/video equipment as well as be familiar navigating in the zoom breakout room.
• Please send a copy of your slides (PDF or PowerPoint file) to Rhonda Haan (rhaan@purdue.edu) by 11/5 as a backup.  If you encounter video issues during your presentation, we will be able to present your slides for you.
