Claudia Anderson currently leads the Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) efforts for TE Connectivity. In this role, she works to accelerate systemic process improvements that will enable TE to consistently exceed Customer expectations. In addition to her ECE responsibilities, Claudia also leads the TE Global Quality Council and coordinates quality improvement initiatives for the Corporation. Prior to her current role, Ms. Anderson led the operations organization for the TE Automotive business in the Americas which included approximately 7000 employees located in the US, Mexico and Brazil.

Claudia joined TE Connectivity in June 2010 as the Vice President of Quality for the Global Transportation Solutions segment. TE Connectivity’s Transportation Solutions segment is a leading supplier of terminals, connectors, sensors and cable assemblies for the automotive and industrial transportation industries.

In Ms. Anderson’s 27 year career in the automotive industry she has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in product engineering, manufacturing and quality at Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation and now TE Connectivity.

Claudia also serves as the Chair of the Board of NC FIRST Robotics, a not-for-profi t organization that is devoted to helping young people discover and develop a passion for science, engineering, technology, and math. TE Connectivity is a strong supporter of FIRST Robotics. She is also the executive sponsor of the TE Women’s In Networking (WIN) employee resource group for the Americas.

Ms. Anderson is the owner of several US patents for product design and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy.
