This year the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society is presenting three 2012 Outstanding Paper Awards.  The paper entitled

Low-Frequency Meandering Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvester by David F. Berdy, Pornsak Srisungsitthisunti, Byunghoo Jung, Xianfan Xu, Jeffrey F. Rhoads, and Dimitrios Peroulis, published in the IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control, vol. 59, no. 5, May 2012, pp. 846 – 857

is the winner of the T-UFFC 2012 Outstanding Paper Award of the Ferroelectrics section.  The award will be presented at the IEEE-UFFC Joint Symposia in Prague, Czech Republic on Tuesday, July 23.
