Bookmark the ME Grad Website, https://engineering.purdue.edu/ME/Graduate, and subscribe to the ME Graduate Student Blog!  These are great resources for answers to a lot of your questions, including policies, procedures, contacts, etc., as well as what opportunities may be available (seminars/workshops, job opportunities, announcements, etc.).  Please use these references first to find the information you need before emailing the grad office as it can lead to quicker answers.  However, if you can’t find the information you need, please email megradoffice@purdue.edu.  Please allow at least 5 business days for a response.
