Welcome to Graduate Student Orientation at Purdue ME!

We are excited to have you join the ME family and look forward to helping you succeed inside and outside the classroom.  We know Grad School presents its own challenges, and now you have the added challenge of navigating your way through this first semester with COVID-19 issues as well.  We know our students are strong and will meet these challenges head-on, but we want you to know that you are not alone and we are here to help, however we can.

We are one of the few engineering schools offering an in-person orientation this fall, and it was important to us to do so, for you.  We wanted to give you the best welcome to campus, experience we could.  We’ll have information, food, and surprises ready for you!  The in-person experience is for our students who are attending on-campus courses this fall, will be kept to 2 hours on Tuesday, and you need to attend the time assigned to you so that we can ensure physical distancing safety measures.  We’ll be following this up with a virtual experience on Thursday, open to all of our incoming students, to give you even more details and resources, and be available to answer any questions you may have.

Please see important information and resources to the right, including the Tuesday schedule (links, other than the Tuesday schedule, will be active at orientation).  Get ready to join us and get your Fall semester off to a great start!
