Purdue-Silicon Valley Symposium:
Demetrios Peroulis
Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue University

Over the past five years, Prof. Peroulis’ group has focused on developing inherently-robust MEMS that move beyond “hero results” and can be integrated in real-life applications.

His team recently proposed a fully-electronic monitoring technique that enables the accurate, quick and cost-effective monitoring of their critical material and geometrical properties.

Recent and promising results in this area of on-wafer diagnostics and prognostics will conclude the seminar.
