Investing in Infinite Possibilities

The 2005 Purdue-Silicon Valley Symposia are a series of monthly technical seminars introducing alumni and corporate friends in California's Silicon Valley to exciting research taking place at Purdue. These talks highlight areas of new opportunity for Silicon Valley investors and Purdue faculty to join forces in their common pursuit of field-defining research and educational innovation.

Check out the Purdue-Silicon Valley Symposia 2005 schedule and mark your calendars. This year we continue the symposia theme "Investing in Infinite Possibilities," symbolized by the infinity emblem. The emblem represents the infinite possibilities of a multidisciplinary approach that teams industry with Purdue researchers to solve problems from the subatomic level to the large-scale, socio-technical problems that challenge civilization at the global level.

These seminars focus on topics within Purdue Engineering's signature areas, providing opportunities to network with Purdue alumni and faculty and discover infinite possibilities for collaboration between Silicon Valley and Purdue.
