A gift from the Carter Foundation to select three (3) students (sophomore or junior) who are participants of either Purdue University's Women in Engineering Program or the Purdue Society for Women Engineers, who are also participating in Latinos in Science and Engineering and/or the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Indiana Society of Professional Engineers

The Indiana Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE) recognizes that engineering education is the foundation upon which the engineering profession is constructed and also recognizes the need for encouragement and financial aid. This scholarship program was created to aid students who are residents of Indiana and who have proven a genuine interest in an engineering career.

Students are encouraged to pursue as many external (outside) scholarships as possible to assist with funding for educational expenses. External scholarships is an excellent source of funding opportunities available to students of all qualifications, abilities and interests, which are provided by private donors, foundations, professional, civic, or service organization and many other sources outside of Purdue University/College of Engineering. The internet is one of the best ways to identify private scholarship opportunities for current and high school students. The Division of Financial Aid warns students to be wary of scholarship search firms that charge a fee for their services. Freudenberg North America Scholarship Program
Deadline: April 15, 2024
Freudenberg North America is offering a scholarship for students demonstrating financial need. Scholarships for applicants from socially disadvantaged backgrounds are available. Applicants will be prompted to focus their personal statement, within the application, on the socially disadvantaged circumstances.
