Purdue CoE alum Newman wins the 2013 Brickyard 400
Purdue congratulates Ryan Newman, (BSIDE '01), who kissed the bricks at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway yesterday (July 28, 2013) after winning the annual Brickyard 400 NASCAR race.
The South Bend, Ind., native who majored in vehicle-structure engineering, has won 16 other races, including the 50th running of the Daytona 500.
