I chose to create the NSBE4Change committee with the vision of seeing actionable changes at Purdue University, specifically within the College of Engineering, to ensure that Black Engineering Students receive the respect they deserve and support against microaggressions, bigotry, and discrimination.

Through the NSBE Call to Action, I plan on working directly with the schools of engineering to guarantee that the demands we made are met within the academic year and remains long term.
