Engineering is not just about calculus, fourier transform, etc. but fundamentally it is about solving problems, it is about questioning the assumptions and it is about weighing the trade-offs. Those have been the biggest lessons for me. I believe that there are very few people who know at an early age what they want to be. Most of us have to discover that later in life. We work hard at something to become good at it. When you become good at doing something, you will enjoy it. When you enjoy something , you become passionate, and it's a virtuous cycle."
