Juan Mesa selected as a winner of the Certificate of Excellence in Research Award from the Office of Interdisciplinary Graduate Programs

Mesa presented a poster on "Automated Opioid Overdose Response: A Wearable Device Approach." His research focuses on a wrist-worn wearable device that will release naloxone when detecting a hypoxic event.
