ECE Prof. Leah Jamieson receives honorary doctorate from NJIT

Dr. Leah Jamieson, the Ransburg Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and John A. Edwardson Dean Emerita of Engineering, received an honorary Doctor of Science, honoris causa, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) at a commencement ceremony held May 15th in Newark, NJ.

Regenstrief receives five-year, $10M renewal

The Regenstrief Foundation recently renewed its financial support for Purdue’s Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering. The $10 million commitment was announced in May 2018 and supports RCHE from 2019 to 2024.

'Beautify Grissom' art competition showcases IE creativity

Five undergrad IE students competed in the 2018 “Beautify Grissom” painting competition. Launched by the Purdue chapter of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) in 2013, students compete yearly by painting what IE means to them.
