U.S. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo visited Purdue University Sept. 13 to tour university research facilities and meet students as they embark on their mission to bolster the U.S. semiconductor industry.

Satish V. Ukkusuri, Reilly Professor of Civil Engineering and director of the Urban Mobility Networks and Intelligence (UMNI) Lab at Purdue, has been named a fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Board of Directors.
