Autonomous Robotics Club of Purdue

The Autonomous Robotics Club's mission is to openly explore challenging problems within the field of autonomous robotic systems. Through ARC, students of any background can collaborate with an active community of shared knowledge, engaging in non-competitive, creative designs that provide the opportunity to delve into robotics without the pressures of financial or competitive returns.

Preferred abbreviation: ARC

Description: The Autonomous Robotics Club of Purdue was was created to design and build autonomous robotic systems. ARC provides an environment for members to learn about different topics in robotics such as state estimation, control algorithms, and machine learning and projects typically include a mix of hardware and software design. New members have opportunities for leadership early on and can gain in-depth experience working on projects that interest them. ARC also runs America's largest student-run robotics expo (RISE) every year.
