Graduate Student Success

The EDGE Program for incoming engineering graduate students is a synchronous online event for incoming students to learn more about the College of Engineering and the resources that will have the biggest impact on their early success. Students beginning their graduate studies in the summer or fall are invited to the EDGE program in the summer, while those who are starting in the spring are invited to a winter EDGE program.

The next EDGE Program will be held in July 2024, for those students who will begin their studies in the summer or who will join us in August. Synchronous daily sessions will take place online, with options available to accommodate students' preferences, and all sessions occur in Eastern Time.

This program is designed to give incoming students an EDGE as they enter Graduate School. The 90-minute daily sessions will take place synchronously on Zoom and will feature guest speakers from Purdue University with resources that will have the greatest impact on your success in your degree program. Although the sessions will be recorded and made available to all registrants, participants are encouraged to attend live and engage in the daily activities and discussions.

Registration links will become available for interested participants in Summer 2024.
