Huey-Jen Jenny Su, president of National Cheng Kung University

Huey-Jen Jenny Su, president of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Taiwan, is leading a delegation that will visit Purdue University's campus Aug. 29-30 to celebrate the 70-year friendship between the two institutions.

The delegation will meet with Purdue leadership and representatives from various colleges and also will tour the Discovery Park District. In addition, Su will host a private dinner Aug. 29 in the Purdue Memorial Union to commemorate the connections between the two institutions that started in 1952.

Officials from both universities are expected to discuss research and education collaborations in semiconductors, sustainable manufacturing, aerospace system engineering, data science, nursing, language and culture.
