Four Engineering professors among world’s most influential researchers

Four Purdue Engineering professors have been named to the list of Highly Cited Researchers 2019 from the Web of Science Group. This group annually compiles a list of the world’s most influential researchers, this year from over 1,200 institutions in more than 60 countries.

Surthriving Week: December 2nd-6th

Surthriving week is a week-long event run by Purdue Engineering Student Council (PESC) with different events each day, aimed to promote well-being and provide healthy avenues of stress relief for finals exam studying each week. This year’s Surthriving Week is a collaboration between PESC, Timmy Global Health, Purdue Student Union Board (PSUB), Purdue Student Engineering Foundation (PSEF), and the College of Engineering.

Showalter Trust Funds 2 Early Career Engineering Faculty

The Ralph W. & Grace M. Showalter Research Trust Fund annually provides funding to Purdue in support of scientific and medical research. The Showalter programs at Purdue support selected University Faculty Scholars, research projects directed by assistant professors, and two Showalter Distinguished Professors, Charles Bouman and Kinam Park.
