Sid Sheth is the Founder and CEO of d-Matrix, a Santa Clara-based AI infrastructure company building next-generation silicon designed from the ground up for Agentic AI inference in modern datacenters. Since co-founding d-Matrix in 2019, Sid has grown the company to 300+ team members across five global sites, achieved revenue generation across multiple customers, and raised nearly $500 million in financing from a world-class investor syndicate including Playground Global, Microsoft M12, Temasek, Qatar Investment Authority, and Triatomic Capital. The company's flagship Corsair platform delivers industry-leading inference performance and efficiency, targeting hyperscaler and enterprise cloud deployments.

Prior to d-Matrix, Sid served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Networking Business Unit at Inphi Corporation (NASDAQ: IPHI), where he incubated and scaled the business into a $1B+ franchise focused on the AI datacenter, cloud and grew that to a successful acquisition byMarvell in a $10B deal. Before Inphi, he held senior roles in marketing and R&D at NetLogic Microsystems (now Broadcom) and Intel, spanning networking chips and processors.

Sid holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, where he serves on the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board, and is a published author at ISSCC and other leading technical conferences. In his spare time, Sid enjoys spending time with his two soon-to-be teenage boys, playing music and following cricket.
