The Graduate Student Engineering Family Fun Fest, held on June 17, 2025 at Purdue University's Memorial Mall, delivered a delightful afternoon for College of Engineering graduate students and their families alongside the graduate administrators who support them.

 

Despite the heat, approximately 200 attendees cooled off with Igloo Frozen Custard and Nicey frozen treats. Popcorn added a classic touch to the day's snack lineup.  The event buzzed with laughter and music as graduate students and their families enjoyed a variety of games, gigantic bubbles, and upbeat karaoke tunes.  

 

Graduate students work hard to support the preeminent teaching and research missions of the College. This event was an opportunity to step outside the lab and classroom and network with colleagues across the College. The combination of cool treats, engaging activities, and a strong sense of community ensured the Family Fun Fest lived up to its name, creating lasting memories for all.
