Super Summer Program
Program: TheSuper Summer Camp is designed to meet the needs of academically, creatively, and artistically talented children from Kindergarten through 4th grade. Children will attend one or two week-long class(es) that include challenging, hands-on activities and explore concepts, ideas, and skills related to a central theme. The courses are designed to be at least two grade levels above each child’s current school grade level.
Course Description: Think Like A Detective!
Who is Sherlock Holmes? What skills make him a famous private detective in the world created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle? Holmes carefully observes, investigates, and thinks logically to solve each case and meet the needs of each client. In this course, you will solve cases, learn skills such as blood analysis, DNA analysis,crime-scene investigating techniques, and use math and science creatively. Are you ready to be a private detective? Let the discovery begin!
Dates/Times: Week 1: June 13-17
Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
Week 2: June 20-24
Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Grades: 3-4
Salary Rate: Basic salary (per week): $950
Returning bonus (per week):
- 2nd time teaching with GER2I: +$25;
- 3rd time teaching with GER2I: +$50;
- 4th time teaching with GER2I: +$75;

5th time or more teaching with GER2I: +$100;
Degree bonus (per week): - Master and/or gifted certificate: $50
- Ph.D.: $100
Summer Residential Program
Program: Our Summer Residential Program for students currently in grades 5-12 will be held July 3-30, 2022, with one-, two-, or four-week sessions. We offer a wide range of classes to foster students’ academic, creative, and artistic interests and skills including STEM and the humanities classes. These classes are designed to be one to two grade levels above traditional classroom content and taught by esteemed professors, graduate students, and K12 teachers with experience teaching youth with high ability.
Course Description: Crime Scene Investigation (C.S.I.)
Explore the skills used by criminal investigators to solve crimes through hands-on activities in observation, fingerprint analysis, DNA, “blood” spatter, and handwriting analysis. Build critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will enable you to investigate crimes and determine the appropriate methods needed to crack the case.
Dates/Times: COMET I: July 3-9
Monday-Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
COMET II: July 10-16
Monday-Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Grades: 5-6
Salary Rate: Basic salary (per course): $1000
Returning bonus (per course):
