Krach unanimously confirmed as Under Secretary of State

Keith J. Krach (BSIE ’79 and Honorary Doctor of IE ’18), a robotics pioneer, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and former chairman of the Purdue Board of Trustees, has added another feather to his cap. The U.S. Senate has unanimously confirmed him as Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. Inc. interviewed him about his plans and deemed his appointment “good news for entrepreneurs.”

CE's Bullock testifies at congressional hearing

Darcy Bullock, the Lyles Family Professor of Civil Engineering and director of the Joint Transportation Research Program at Purdue, will testify at 2 p.m. today (July 11) before the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology's Subcommittee on Research and Technology.
