Abstract
As discussed by Jambeck, plastic pollution poses an urgent environmental challenge, with human health, ecosystem and global economic implications. The panelists will explore the multifaceted challenge of plastic pollution and together discuss technological solutions, interdisciplinary approaches and actionable strategies to address plastic pollution at the local and global community levels.
