The ONR Young Investigator Program (YIP) Workshop is open to tenure-track faculty who have received their doctorate in the past seven years and have US citizenship or permanent residency, the ONR YIP offers $750,000 over three years for research. This workshop will help prepare potential applicants for the 2026 cycle with best practices for how to appeal to ONR S&T research program topics and how to plan a compelling proposal. Attendees will leave with a basis for how to strategize their proposed project and key actions to improve their competitiveness.
