Oliver Bacasse joined Sensus in 2011, and he is currently Director of International Infrastructure and Smart City, responsible for development of communications platforms and brand extension beyond traditional utility applications with an international focus. He brings more than 15 years of experience in product development, project management, and manufacturing design within low to medium volume industries. Oliver holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Purdue, a Masters of Systems Engineering from University of Southern California, and an MBA from Indiana University.
