Kristen Daihes earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in 1996. She is the Global Vice President of Supply Chain for the Mars Wrigley business unit within Mars. She joined the company in 2021 to explore how the intersection of her prior industry experience and more recent tech start-up experiences could support the acceleration of a transformation agenda within a fast-moving consumer goods business. Mrs. Daihes is leading an investment program to digitize and transform the supply chain within Mars. What most excites her is leading with problem solving and teaming cross-functionally to explore new possibilities in driving quality growth enablement.

Prior to joining Mars, Mrs. Daihes was a Partner for Opex Analytics, and held leadership positions in Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and SC Johnson.

Mrs. Daihes has been recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive as a “Pro to Know” and “Top Woman in Supply Chain,” by B2G Consulting as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain,” by Supply Chain Digital as one of the “Top 100 Women in Supply Chain,” and most recently is a 2023 Nominee for Alcott Global’s Leaders in Supply Chain Awards.
