Uzia Galil
The rate of change in science and technology is growing faster and faster every day. Yesterday has already gone. Tomorrow is the future, and I’m always looking ahead.

The recognized founding father of Israel’s high-tech industry, Uzia Galil is a graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (BSEE, 1947) and Purdue University (MSEE, 1953). He was the founder of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., the first high-technology multinational holding company based in Israel and operating worldwide.

Dr. Galil served as Elron’s CEO for 38 years and chairman or director of most Elron-founded companies.
