The College of Engineering is committed to partnering with the community and the state to work on economic development, enhancing education in schools, community service, lifelong learning, and the scholarship of engagement. The Office of Engagement is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining a repository of the engagement activities in the College of Engineering. Engagement in the College of Engineering involves:

1. Outreach to the P-12 Education Community, Community Colleges and other 4-year Colleges and Universities
2. Community Service and Service Learning at the local, state, national and international levels
3. Economic Development
4. The Scholarship of Engagement
