The Nanotechnology Student Advisory Council (NSAC) would like to invite you to attend our conference & distinguished lecture on Friday, 24 Feb., 2023. Read more for a summary of all the most important details.

  • Register by Thurs. 09 Feb. to guarantee your lunch! Food will be served after the distinguished lecture. (Free food for all registered attendees!)
  • We are still looking for presenters for the lecture and poster sessions! Posters and talks from up to two years ago can be reused. We will print new posters for free! Deadline for free printing is Sun 12 Feb.
  • We will notify you that you have been accepted to present on a rolling basis. Talks should be about 10-15 min, and posters will be displayed in the Birck Nanotech Center atrium.
  • $100 cash prizes will be awarded to the best poster and best presentation. Honorable mentions will also be given.
  • Prof. Yurii Vlasov comes from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to discuss his research in integrated neurotechnology. He is a pioneer in the field, having earned membership to the National Academy of Engineers as well as fellowships from IEEE, APS, and Optica. He is a tenured professor in electrical & computer engineering, physics, materials science engineering, bio-engineering, and medicine.  This is a talk you don’t want to miss!
