In this interactive session, attendees will hear about studies and tips indicating how culturally diverse teams can better utilize their differences to build trust, work together effectively, and drive innovation and outcome.
Close to half of the doctoral-level workforce in the US are foreign-born. Yet, regardless of our country of origin, we all come from a widely diverse array of cultural backgrounds. Self-awareness of our unconscious biases and cultural intelligence (CQ) will help improve our worldview, communicate better and lead effectively in multicultural teams, and be more inclusive of others “different” than us.
