CoE and the School of Pharmacy collaborate to provide graduate students and their spouses a chance to have their blood pressure, pulse oximetry, blood glucose, and cholesterol checked (fingerstick) free of charge at one of the mini-health clinics on-campus.  

Each person must sign up due to capacity of supplies and staff.  This Qualtrics allows for 5 people every 15 minutes to sign up.  The qualtrics will end if all spots are filled.  You may have to log in multiple times to find a time.  

It is not necessary to fast for this test but you can if you choose too.  We do recommend you come hydrated.
