Biography
Mark monitors the operation of the computer account administration software and writes other software as needed. He wrote and supports the PurdueThesis LaTeX document class—the Purdue thesis office recommends using it over any other system, including Microsoft Word.
He answers questions on the computer account administration software, Emacs text editor, LaTeX typesetting system, Linux, Mathematica technical computing system, Perl programming language, PurdueThesis LaTeX document class, Raku programming language, Wolfram Language, etc.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with distinction from Purdue in Interdisciplinary Engineering (mostly software) in 1983. After working at several different software jobs he started at ECN in 1996. He's married with two grown daughters.
