Panagiota Karava

Panagiota Karava received her PhD and masters degrees in building engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and her bachelors degree in applied physics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Dr. Karava comes to Purdue from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, where she was as an assistant professor. Her research areas include sustainable building construction, design and analysis of energy-efficient buildings, building-integrated renewable energy systems, renewable energy management in the built environment, high-performance buildings, and indoor environmental quality.
