Jeff Brooks
Research Professor of Nuclear Engineering
Dr. Jeff Brooks was a senior scientist at Argonne National Laboratory for more than 30 years. He is nationally and internationally known in the area of plasma material interactions in Tokamak fusion devices and has authored numerous publications in this area. His research has included sputtering erosion, co-deposition, mixed materials performance, and tritium inventory in the first wall and divertor component. He is currently working on the design of the international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER).
