IDEAL Committee charge is as follows:
a. To seek out inclusion, diversity, and equity advancement opportunities across COE students, staff, and faculty;
b. Research and assess best practices and policies as the College strives for achieving an equitable and inclusive environment in moving everyone forward.
c. Propose practical recommendations and proposals for action to the Engineering Leadership Team.
