ECE Graduate Student Dimitrios Koutsonikolas wins First Place in Mobicom 2009 ACM Student Research Competition

His poster is titled "Designing Coded Feedback for Network Coding Based Opportunistic Routing" and was co-authored with Prof. Chih-Chun Wang and Prof. Y. Charlie Hu

Dimitrios Koutsonikolas, a Ph.D. student from Prof. Y. Charlie Hu's research group, won the First Place in Mobicom 2009 ACM Student Research Competition (SRC) graduate category, out of 56 accepted posters this year. The ACM Student Research Competition is an internationally recognized venue for undergraduate and graduate students in Computer Science and Engineering to present their original research at top ACM sponsored and co-sponsored conferences before a panel of judges and attendees.

Dimitrios' poster is titled "Designing Coded Feedback for Network Coding Based Opportunistic Routing" co-authored with Prof. Chih-Chun Wang and Prof. Y. Charlie Hu.  Dimitrios will move on to compete in the 2010 ACM SRC Grand Finals (across all CS&E areas).
