Rouz Jazayeri 

Rouz Jazayeri earned bachelor's and master’s degrees in electrical engineering in 2002 and 2003, respectively. He began his career at Intel Corporation as a chip design engineer, contributing to the company’s development of its first 45nm processor. He later joined Kleiner Perkins, a renowned venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he served as chief of staff to John Doerr. At Kleiner Perkins, Jazayeri drove early-stage hard-tech investments and supported the growth of notable startups, including Ring (acquired by Amazon), LuxVue (acquired by Apple), and MyFitnessPal (acquired by Under Armour). In 2017, Jazayeri co-founded Catapult Ventures, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting emerging startups. Through Catapult Ventures, he has funded and supported more than 20 innovative startups, substantially enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
