Developer of 17M+ square feet of office space – and more

Marc Lee Hagle earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1971 and a master’s degree in business and industrial administration in 1972. His career has reshaped the landscape of real estate development. Inspired by Walt Disney's ventures in Florida, Hagle crafted his business plan, laying the foundation for Tricor International. Since the company’s inception, its subsidiaries have left an indelible mark across the nation, spearheading construction of diverse projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-use communities, medical facilities to recreational centers, and office complexes to warehouses. Their footprint spans Alaska to West Virginia, covering states including California, Texas and Florida. With a portfolio of more than 17 million square feet of commercial space and thousands of residential units, Tricor International has solidified its position as a leader in the real estate sector. Today at Purdue, Marc and Sharon Hagle Hall is home to the “All-American” Marching Band and other musical ensembles. Additionally, Marc Hagle has contributed by sharing his wealth of knowledge with future generations as an adjunct professor in Purdue’s Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business.
