Kimberly Underhill 

Kimberly Underhill graduated from Purdue's College of Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 1987. Afterward, she began her career as a process engineer at General Electric. A year later, Underhill transitioned to Kimberly-Clark Professional, where she joined the brand management team. Over the next 33 years, Underhill steadily progressed through various leadership roles within Kimberly-Clark Professional, culminating in her appointment as global president in 2014. Underhill's continued success led to her promotion in 2018 to group president of Kimberly-Clark North America, with full responsibility for the division's $8 billion consumer products portfolio. In 2021, Underhill joined the Boston Consulting Group, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field. Purdue recognized Underhill with a Distinguished Engineering Alumna Award in 2018.
