Keyvan Esfarjani

Keyvan Esfarjani earned bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial engineering in 1992 and 1994, respectively. His 28-year Intel Corporation career commenced in 1996 when he joined as an industrial engineer. Esfarjani rose through the ranks, serving as a D2 plant manager in 2005 and later as general manager and director of Intel's California Tech Development. In 2010, he assumed the role of co-chief executive officer at IM Flash Technologies, followed by appointments as corporate vice president of the Worldwide Memory Manufacturing Group and then senior vice president of manufacturing and operations at Intel. In 2022, Esfarjani's exceptional leadership resulted in his promotion to executive vice president and chief global operations officer, responsible for Intel's worldwide manufacturing operations, strategic planning, quality assurance, and supply chain, and managing a workforce of 40,000 employees. Purdue presented Esfarjani with an Outstanding Industrial Engineer Award in 2022 and a Distinguished Engineering Alumnus Award in 2023.
