Carrie (Byrnes) Anderson 

Carrie (Byrnes) Anderson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 1991. While at Purdue, Anderson interned at General Motors and secured a position with GM immediately after graduating. While at GM, she earned an MBA. In 1998, she transitioned to an investor relations role in GM's Treasury Office. A year later, she joined Delphi Corporation, where she quickly rose to vice president of finance, and divisional chief financial officer within six years. In 2011, Anderson moved to Dover Printing and Identification, where she served as vice president and CFO. In 2017, she was promoted to chief accounting officer and corporate comptroller for Dover Corporation. Two years later, Anderson assumed the role of CFO at Integra Life Sciences, where she served until 2023 when she was appointed executive vice president and CFO at Campbell Soup Company. With more than 19,000 employees, Campbell is one of the largest processed-food companies in America, boasting such iconic brands such as Campbell Soup, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder's of Hanover, V8, Pace Foods, and Swanson. Among many honors, Anderson has been recognized on Institutional Investor's 2022 All-America Executive Team, Healthcare Technology Report's Top 25 Leaders in Medical Devices in 2021, and NJBIZ's 2023 People to Watch in Finance lists. Purdue honored her with a Distinguished Engineering Alumna Award in 2024.
