Holds are placed on student accounts at the start of each term or as needed. 

Transcript holds: The graduate school may place a hold on a student's account if official transcripts or related documents have not been submitted. These holds may look like the following:

Immunizations

OEPT

The Oral English Proficiency Test (OEPT) is a computer-based test used by the OEPP to screen prospective teaching assistants for language proficiency.

OPT – International Students

Optional practical training (OPT) is a program available for F-1 (international) students: ISS information on OPT (review this information first)

Pass/No Pass Grades

ECE students may take courses with a grade of Pass/No Pass, but these courses cannot be used on an ECE plan of study.

Pay Your Tuition Bill

Plan of Study

All ECE students must submit a plan of study. Residential MS students will submit a plan of study during their first enrolled term. Online MS students will submit plan of study around the time they have completed 9 credit hours.

Reduced Course Load– International Students

Graduate students in their final semester needing less than full time registration to complete their degree must request approval for a reduced course load (RCL) using the Reduced Course Load for Academic Reason e-form in MyISS
