Fellowships and Assistantships

If you have been awarded a Fellowship or a Research Assistantship or Teaching Assistantship, then you must attend a Graduate Payroll Orientation (GPO) session before classes begin. During GPO, you must supply documentation that establishes both your identity and your employment eligibility. All students with a Graduate Assistantship must complete Section 1 of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, prior to attending GPO.

• Log in and complete Section 1
