Who: College sophomores and juniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher who demonstrate leadership skills, a commitment to diversity in their community and/or school, and are authorized to work in the U.S.

Target Majors: Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering Related

Target Schools: Purdue, Marquette, UW Madison, UW Milwaukee
