International Microwave Symposium Student Volunteers Application Deadline April 17th

This introduction is intended to inform students and faculty about the IMS symposium to be held at the Phoenix convention center from 17 May through 22 May of 2015.

It will be an excellent forum for all involved. The event is the most prestigious conference in the field of RF and Microwave engineering. IMS is known throughout the RF and Microwave industry. Each year Scores of students from engineering and technology disciplines are asked to volunteer. Volunteers are essential to the success of the symposium and are encouraged to participate. Eligibility requirements, duties and benefits are outlined on the IMS webpage. In summary students must be undergrads, grads or post doc students at a university.

They must fill out the student application by the required date (April 17th). Duties include such things as organizational activities, registration assistance, and distribution of workshop and course materials. Benefits include free IMS registration, workshop(s) and food depending on level of commitment.
