Must be enrolled in one of the following Classifications: Junior: 60 - 74 hours Junior: 75 - 89 hours Sophomore: 45 - 59 hours

ECE students take this level of VIP along with other 30000-level courses such as ECE 30100, 30200, 30411, 36200, etc.

Catalog Description:

The responsibilities of juniors include working with the seniors in the planning and organization of the project, contributing to the design process, problem solving by contributing expertise from their discipline, meeting with the customer, and the mentorship of sophomores and freshmen. EPCS 30200 is offered for 2 credits. The EPICS procedures manual provides information on expected relative workload for EPCS 30100 and EPCS 30200 students. May not be taken concurrently with EPCS 30100.

This is a repeatable course and may be used to satisfy 2 of the 3 required EE Advanced Laboratory courses provided the student has completed all ECE 20000-level lab courses (ECE 20007 or 20700, 20008 or 20800, and 27000). The supervising instructor must be an ECE faculty member.
