Catalog Description:

Sophomores participating in EPCS 20100 gain insight into the specific project, and, more generally, into the design and development process. They attend planning and reporting meetings with the customer and are expected attend all team meetings. Under the mentorship of the team's juniors and seniors they perform and report upon tasks consistent with their level of discipline expertise. EPCS 20200 is offered for 2 credits. Permission of instructor required.

This is a repeatable course and may be used to satisfy 2 of the 3 required EE Advanced Laboratory courses provided the student has completed 2 of the 3 ECE 20000 level lab courses ECE 20700, 20800, and 27000 and is concurrently enrolled in the third ECE 20000 level lab courses. The course must be taken for 2 credits in order to count as an EE Advanced Laboratory course. The supervising instructor must be an ECE faculty member.
