Career Development Path Recommendations

Thoughtful planning with informed and mentored decision-making can lead to the most effective preparation for career development.  Most of the activities are listed as recommended but not required and should be undertaken with additional guidance and input from your mentors and with the complementary insights and planning from your IDP (Individual Development Plan) and professional skills training workshops. These recommendations are meant to supplement the mentoring guidance provided by your faculty advisor and thesis committee members.
